Aerial Yoga — Intro Series

Description

All levels welcome… especially beginners and anyone curious about alternative ways to stay fit without developing a deep relationship with a treadmill.

Details

• Ages 9–99.
• Classes every Sunday 4:30–5:30 PM.
• Advance registration required. No drop-ins (we like surprises, but not that kind).
• Cancel by 11:00 AM EST on the day of class to reschedule.
• Wear comfortable workout clothes.
• Gravity will be present.
• All participants and guardians (if minors) must sign a waiver in person or reply agree to the waiver listed at tinyurl.com/arthallwaiver.
